Occasionally valid emails can sometimes end up in your email providers junk/spam filter, the best way to avoid this is to adding Stagehand to your safe senders list. Your email provider will have their own instructions for adding a sender to a safe senders list but here are a few common ones:
Outlook.com (formerly Hotmail)
- Open the email. Then click the three dots and click Add to Safe senders.
- Add the Stagehand domain (@stagehand.app) to the safe senders list and click OK.
