Stagehand uses the email address you signed up with OR if you signed up with Google or Facebook it will use the email address associated with that Google or Facebook account. It is important that you use an email address that you check on a regular basis. If you end up signing up with an email address you don't want to use, send us an email and we'll help you change it.
Sometimes emails coming from Stagehand are incorrectly flagged as spam. Check your Junk/Spam folder but to ensure future email deliverability, consider adding @stagehand.app to your email service's Safe Senders List and support@stagehand.app to your contacts to let your provider know that you want email from us.
