Stagehand does not currently support payments to debit cards, if you have accidentally entered a debit card please follow these steps to change it to a bank account:
- Ensure you have your bank account information available either from a cheque or online banking
- sign on to https://stagehand.app
- Select Edit Profile
- Select Payments
- Select the Blue "My Stripe Connect Account"
- Select the person icon on the top right
- Scroll down to "Payout Details" and select it
- DO NOT add another account, you must change the Debit card to a Bank account
- Select the pencil icon in the top right
- Change from a Debit Card to a Bank account by clicking on Bank Account (you may be prompted to re-enter your debit card number for security purposes).
- Enter your banking information
- SAVE and Close out of the window.
- Your Stripe Account has now been updated and Stripe can transfer payments to your account.
