Stagehand does not currently support payments to debit cards, if you have accidentally entered a debit card please follow these steps to change it to a bank account:
- Ensure you have your bank account information available either from a cheque or online banking
- sign on to https://stagehand.app
- Select Edit Profile
- Select Payments
- Select the Blue "My Stripe Connect Account"
- Select the person icon on the top right
- Scroll down to "Payout Details", DO NOT select the Add bank account button, instead select "Edit"
- You will probably need to re-enter your debit card info so ensure you have it handy
- Select Bank Account
- Enter your banking information.
- SAVE and Close out of the window.
- Your Stripe Account has now been updated for payouts to a bank account.
