A batch is the method of intake for your program. Once you open a batch for your program, artists will be able to apply to play with you. If you want, you can set time limits on your batch so that artists can only apply within a certain time frame.
Open up the program you just created.
Click on ‘Start Batch’ in the Applications tile within your program.
Define a date when artists may start submitting applications, and when applications are no longer accepted. You can also set this as ongoing.
Once you select ‘save’, artists will now have the ability to apply to play in your program within the dates you defined.
