To get set up to receive payments from a venue through Stagehand do the following: 

  1. Sign on to https://stagehand.app, 
  2. Select Edit Profile from the dropdown menu
  3. Select Payments
  4. You will see a blue button that either says "My Stripe Connect Account" or "Connect with Stripe" depending on if you have started to configure your account yet.  Select the blue button and follow the prompt to set up the information for the bank account that you would like payments to be transferred to. 

Please note: Debit cards are NOT currently supported, please do not enter debit card information. 


Please note that your payment information is managed and secured by Stripe.  You will need your basic banking information like Transit, Institution and Account numbers.  You can find these on a cheque or via your online banking.
